Heartbeat Trust UK is a charity registered with the Charity Commission and we am to:
Firstly, improve the chances of survival for those who suffer an out of hospital cardiac arrest by strategically placing 24-hour accessible defibrillators (existing and new units) within a given community throughout the UK.
Secondly, develop a community’s confidence to administer CPR and defibrillation through a programme of free training and education.
Finally, to increase a communities’ awareness of defibrillators within their area, through the use of public signage, educational material, social media and other local communication channels.
