Heartbeat Trust becomes a authorised UK Business Partner of Zoll Medical

Heartbeat Trust UK were recently approached by Zoll Medical, the global manufacturer of defibrillators to become an authorised UK Business Partner during a recent meeting with Zoll’s PAD Territory Manager, Gareth Atkinson.

Henry Gilbert, Chair of Trustees of Heartbeat Trust UK, comments, “This is a fantastic opportunity for us to build on the strong service we can offer our “Defib Friendly” communities across the UK. The level of product development, training, technical support and advise is second to none. We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship with Zoll .”

Mumbles Community Training

Heartbeat Trust along with St Johns Wales recently held 16 training sessions in Mumbles, as part of the making the village “Defib Friendly”. Numerous members of the community, staff from the village’s retailers, bank and charity employees all attended, resulting in the sessions being a great success. Each session included a short presentation of CPR and defibrillation, a practical demonstration, then “hands on” experience for any attendees, followed by refreshments.
